The Commission on Judicial Fitness conducted an inquiry into allegations of misconduct against Judge Bert Gustafson, a judge of the Tillamook County District Court. After a hearing, the Commission found that charges arising in 13 cases were proved by clear and convincing evidence, and that those in 14 other cases were not proved.
