Appellant, Michael R. Parker, as creditor-mortgagee, sued appellee, Frank E. Dudley, as debtor-mortgagor, to foreclose a mortgage. Appellee purchased from his bank two cashier's checks payable to Michael R. Parker totalling $43,229.53 and mailed them, certified mail, return receipt requested, to appellant's attorney, as full payment.
