Plaintiffs, Manuel R. Suárez and Paulette Lavergne, bring this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. Plaintiffs seek redress of alleged employment discrimination by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"). The defendant is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the FDIC.
