This matter is before the court on defendants Honda Research & Development Company, Ltd. ("Honda R & D") and Honda Motor Company, Ltd.'s ("Honda Motor") motions to quash or motions to dismiss. Since the filing of their motions, both moving defendants have advised the court that plaintiff has effected proper service upon them.
