Plaintiff appeals as of right from a May 10, 1986, order granting defendant Rourke's motion for summary disposition and a September 5, 1986, order denying plaintiff's motion for rehearing of defendant Gregory's prior motion for summary disposition and the order granting the same in this malpractice action. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
