Ralph Kiler brought suit in the Circuit Court for Carroll County to enjoin Ralph and Mary Beam1 from interfering with his use of a roadway over the Beams' property. That suit was brought in 1976 and the matter flared and simmered for years. In 1983 an Amended Bill of Complaint was filed which additionally asserted a right to the roadway by prescription.
