Originally this was a multi-defendant action seeking an injunction and damages arising out of alleged unauthorized use of plaintiff's copyright and trade dress rights to the well-known Disney characters Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. All defendants settled except J & L Distributors ("J & L"), which has admitted liability, but comes before the Court contesting the necessity of any relief, except possibly token damages...
