On November 26, 1986, defendant was found guilty of carrying a concealed weapon in a motor vehicle, MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424, by a jury in the Detroit Recorder's Court. After being sentenced to one to five years imprisonment, he claimed this appeal as of right. We affirm.
