The plaintiff, Ethel M. Dawson, appeals from an order entered by Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Thomas W. Steptoe, Jr. on January 5, 1987, granting a motion for partial summary judgment filed by defendant Charles Woodson, the owner of a horse that collided with Dawson's car on December 21, 1980. As a result of the partial summary judgment order, the trial court dismissed that portion of Dawson's complaint which alleged that Woodson was liable...
