PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a). Defendant subsequently pled guilty to being an habitual (third) offender, MCL 769.13; MSA 28.1085. He was sentenced to six to thirty years imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right, raising two issues regarding his jury trial. We affirm.
