Pamela Pagel, as trustee for the heirs of Wanda J. Arends, appeals from a partial summary judgment dismissing with prejudice appellant's cause of action against Patrick and Lori Seykora. The trial court granted summary judgment after determining that the Seykoras did not own the automobile involved in Arends' death.
