This Court has determined, on its own motion, to allow the parties relief under R. 4:50-1(f) from one aspect of the Final Judgment entered. In a "friendly" proceeding for approval of the settlement of an infant's claim, this Court denied approval of that portion of the proposed settlement that would have provided a contract for future payment of a lump sum at the infant's 18th birthday.
