The plaintiff, Jack Greengarden, who did business as Jet Real Estate, commenced this action to recover a real estate brokerage commission from the defendant Ida Kuhn. After a trial to a jury, judgment was rendered for the plaintiff in the amount of $40,600 plus interest of $11,765. The defendant has appealed from the judgment, claiming that the trial court erred (1) in denying her motion for summary judgment, (2) in accepting a verdict in excess of the plaintiff...
