OPINION BY JUDGE BARRY, April 25, 1988:

Knouse Foods Cooperative, Inc. (Knouse) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming a decision of a referee which reversed determinations by the Office of Employment Security (OES) that Knouse was engaged in seasonal apple, cherry and/or peach processing operations at its five plants for the purposes of Section 402.5 of the Unemployment Compensation Law.1
