In this consolidated appeal, plaintiffs appeal from two orders. The first is the order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board reversing the decision of the referee granting workers' compensation benefits to plaintiff Mary L. Dunlap. The WCAB reversed on the grounds that plaintiff's injury did not arise out of and in the course of her employment. The second is the order of the Court of Claims which held that plaintiffs' action was barred by the statute...
