In October, 1982, petitioner's license to practice medicine was summarily suspended by the Michigan Board of Medicine. Petitioner was suspended after he was charged with violating the provisions of the Public Health Code, MCL 333.1101 et seq.; MSA 14.15(1101) et seq.
