EUBANK, Judge.

This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission award for a noncompensable claim. Two issues are presented on review:

(1) Whether the "bunkhouse rule" is applicable. (2) Whether the "on premises" exception to the "going and coming rule" is applicable.
