Appellant Argonaut Insurance Company appeals from the trial court's order holding that workers' compensation benefits may be reached to satisfy child support obligations and ordering that Argonaut, as the father's workers' compensation provider, honor the ex parte order of assignment of his compensation benefits for lost wages entered on behalf of the respondent-mother. A.R.S. § 12-2454.01(C) (effective until January 1, 1988...
