The plaintiff appealed to the Superior Court from a decision of the board of tax review of the defendant town. A state trial referee, acting as the trial court, dismissed the appeal. The plaintiff appeals from that dismissal. The plaintiff claims that the court erred in holding that the defendant properly assessed the plaintiff's personal property pursuant to General Statutes § 12-71 (b). We find no error...
