The defendant Frank House pleaded guilty to the charge of armed robbery. At a sentencing hearing on September 18, 1984, the defendant was sentenced to a term of incarceration of 15 years. On September 19, 1984, the defendant filed a pro se motion to withdraw his guilty plea. At a hearing on February 15, 1985, the trial court denied the defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty...
