Appellee Flint was charged by indictment in Navajo County with four counts of oral sexual contact with a minor and four counts of commercial sexual exploitation of a minor. In a separate indictment, he was charged with six counts of oral sexual contact with a minor and two counts of commercial sexual exploitation of a minor.
