BENHAM, Judge.

Following the execution of a warrant to search their home, appellees were arrested and indicted for alleged violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and the Georgia Dangerous Drug Act. The trial court granted appellees' motion to suppress the evidence seized during the search of their home, and the State appeals from that ruling. See OCGA § 5-7-1 (4).
