OPINION

CONTRERAS, Judge.

In this special action review of an Industrial Commission (Commission) award, we are asked to decide whether the Commission must directly notify the carrier's attorney, who represented the carrier when a claim was reopened, of hearings related to the subsequent reclosing of the claim. We conclude that such notice is required. Since such notice was not given, we set aside the award.
