On April 23, 1987, a panel of commissioners issued a decision wherein, inter alia, a method of calculating dependent's replacement services loss was outlined. On May 26, 1987, the Attorney General appealed said decision; on June 4, 1987, applicant Joyce Garrett (herein "applicant") cross-appealed. This matter has been presented to the court for consideration and is now ready for a determination.
