The defendant Chrysler First, Inc., formerly known as FinanceAmerica, Inc., appeals from the district court's denial of the company's motions (1) for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, with respect to liability and liquidated damages for age discrimination against an employee, and (2) for a new trial.
