Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad Company ("IHB") moved for summary judgment on one of two counts seeking recovery from American Cyanamid Company ("Cyanamid") for cleanup costs resulting from a chemical leak. The district court granted IHB's motion and entered judgment against Cyanamid. Cyanamid appeals under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b).
