The plaintiff, Nancy Taylor, appeals to this court from an adverse decision of the Appeals Council denying her claim for disability benefits pursuant to the Social Security Act. Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment asking the court to reverse the decision of the Appeals Council.
