In May 1978, Paul M. Jackson purchased Bayshore Apartments, an apartment complex in Pensacola, Florida, planning to convert the apartments into condominiums and then sell them. In July 1978, he sold a 30% interest in the apartment complex to Frank and Beverly Dollar, appellees here, for $450,000. At the same time, Jackson contracted with the Dollars to manage their interest in the property...
