HATFIELD, District Judge.

Plaintiff Mutual Service Casualty Insurance Company ("MSI") instituted the above-entitled action seeking a declaration regarding the scope of coverage under an insurance policy. This matter is presently before the court on the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment. After careful consideration, the court is prepared to rule.
