MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HARDY, District Judge.

This action was brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by the United Steelworkers of America and 20 individual plaintiffs against 20 members of the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Summary judgment was granted in favor of the defendants against the United Steelworkers of America on the ground that it lacked standing.
