Suzanne Figueroa ("Figueroa") and her husband have filed this diversity suit against Evangelical Covenant Church, doing business as North Park College ("North Park"), arising out of injuries Figueroa sustained when she was allegedly abducted by two unknown assailants from a parking lot owned by the defendant.
