Before the Court is defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), Fed.R. Civ.P., or, in the alternative, for a more definite statement. Plaintiffs have filed briefs in opposition to defendant's motion to dismiss.
