Defendant Van Ruiten appeals from an order of the trial court revoking his driver's license for failure to submit to a blood-alcohol test. On appeal defendant argues that: (1) the police officer did not have reasonable grounds to stop his vehicle; and (2) the trial court erred in denying his motion for recusal and his motion to strike plaintiff's requested findings of fact and conclusions...
