The defendant, Century Bank ("Century"), has moved for dismissal of this contract/tort action arguing that the Court lacks personal jurisdiction in this matter. In the alternative, Century moves that the Court transfer the case to the District of Arizona pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 1404.
