This is an appeal from the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Lincoln County, Montana. Defendant/appellant Eldon Clarence Shaver, Sr. (Shaver) was found guilty by a jury on December 4, 1987 on two counts of deviate sexual conduct pursuant to § 45-5-505, MCA.
