On April 27, 1985, plaintiff-appellant, Lori Hardeman, purchased an automobile from defendant-appellee, Wheels, Inc. ("Wheels"). Hardeman signed financing papers but was not informed of either the length or terms of the agreement. Wheels subsequently sold Hardeman's loan to defendant-appellee, Chrysler Credit Corporation ("Chrysler").
Before she made any payments on the contract, Hardeman discovered that Wheels had charged her in excess...
