RESTANI, Judge:

Plaintiffs' motion for rehearing with respect to the court's decision ordering remand dated May 4, 1988 is untimely.1 The remand results were filed in early summer. Almost three months later the instant motion was filed. Granting of the motion where the remand results were filed nearly three months earlier would undermine the court's duty to resolve...
