In this appeal of his conviction for the murder of his wife, defendant presents three evidentiary rulings as issues of reversible error:

1) admission of victim's prior affidavit from dissolution proceeding; 2) exclusion of omitted witness's testimony; 3) exclusion of physician's testimony.
