Defendant Fort Howard brings this renewed motion for summary judgment in this action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634. We denied Fort Howard's first motion for summary judgment because we found that plaintiff Richard Edgeworth was entitled to an equitable tolling of the 300-day filing requirement set forth in 29 U.S.C. § 626(d).
