ALLEN, Chief Justice.

Plaintiff, the executor of the estate of Sidney Harris, appeals a superior court order granting summary judgment to defendant, an attorney whom plaintiff had sued seeking damages for breach of a fiduciary duty owed to decedent. We affirm.
