The District Court of the Third Judicial District, Deer Lodge County, Montana, entered judgment on April 2, 1987 further modifying a property settlement agreement, which the parties already had modified on June 24, 1983. Gary Hagemo (hereinafter husband) argues that the court's modification, which granted Rosemary Hagemo (hereinafter wife) maintenance of $250 per month and increased husband's child support obligation from $300 to $500 per month...
