STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff-appellant, Donna Childress (Donna), appeals the Johnson Circuit Court's granting of summary judgment for defendant-appellee, Carl E. Bowser, Jr. (Bowser), in her suit for personal injuries.

We reverse.
