On October 6, 1982, Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association of East Chicago, Indiana [Peoples] filed suit against Maurice Willsey and Dorothy Willsey and Joseph A. Bachleitner and Betty L. Bachleitner, seeking to foreclose a mortgage on a promissory note between Peoples and the Willseys.
