Defendant appeals as of right his conviction of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1); MSA 28.788(2)(1), and the lower court's denial of his motion for a new trial and evidentiary hearing. Defendant was sentenced to twenty to forty years on each count, to be served concurrently. We affirm.
