(KMW) is a foreign corporation with offices in Ontario, Canada and Atlanta, Georgia. Defendant Robert Bell Industries, Ltd. ("Bell") is a manufacturer of boilers and related accessories. Bell's principal—and apparently its sole— place of business is Seaforth, Ontario, Canada...
