On November 30, 1988, this Court heard defendant's motion for partial summary judgment. Kathryn Doi, of Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe, appeared for defendant. Norman Ronneberg, of Acret and Perrochet, appeared for plaintiff. For the following reasons, this Court GRANTS defendant's motion.
