Robert E. Goodman was convicted after pleading no contest to one count of sexual assault in the second degree and four counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree. The offenses are class B felonies, subject to a maximum term of ten years for each count and to presumptive terms of four and six years for second and subsequent felony offenders.
