This matter is before the Court on plaintiff's motion to assess costs pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988 and defendants' motion for sanctions pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 11. The underlying dispute arose out of plaintiff's arrest in May 1985 for driving while intoxicated and various other offenses.
