Plaintiff, Record Club of America, brought this action for breach of contract against United Artists Records, Inc. (UAR), in 1972. In 1974, Record Club filed a petition in the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Act.
