OPINION

JONES, Judge.

The defendant, Bobbie Ray Roberts, was convicted of aggravated assault and carrying a dangerous weapon with the intent to go armed by a jury of his peers. The trial judge sentenced the defendant to serve six (6) years in the Department of Correction for the offense of aggravated assault; and he sentenced the defendant to pay a fine of $50 and serve eleven (11) months...
